 No nazis in Ukraine??

The Ukrainian nazi battalion “Azov” in the meeting room of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kyiv region.
The photo was published by the member of “Azov” battalion Artyom Zalesov (nickname is Bonov) on his page in the Russian-operated VKontakte social network.
In September Artyom killed his neighbour in Chervonograd (West Ukraine) because she smoked on the staircase of the house.
We want to remind you that Vadim Troyan, deputy commander of the battalion "Azov," Lieutenant Colonel, has been appointed as a Chief of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kyiv region.

A law on the development of a free economic zone in the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol was signed by Russian President Putin Saturday and published on Russia's state legal information website Sunday.
MOSCOW, November 30 (Sputnik) — A law on the creation of a free economic zone in Crimea and Sevastopol was published on Russia's state legal information website Sunday.
The federal law on the development of the Crimea Federal District and a free economic zone in the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol was signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin on November 29.

The law regulates the details of taxation, state control, entry procedure and functioning of the free economic zone regime in the region. The regime is established for 25 years with the prospect of being extended.
The Russian Duma has passed a series of bills aimed at improving Crimea's investment climate, and making it a more attractive place for tourists, including foreign tourists. Photo: Picturesque Crimea: Palaces, mountains and the Black Sea.

Large investors will be able to use additional tax incentives as well as the free customs zone regime, namely duty-free import of goods and equipment necessary for an investor's activity.
Investors will also receive the right to deliver their goods to the Russian markets and export them abroad, including the countries of the Customs Union, comprising Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia.

On March 16, citizens of Crimea held a referendum as a result of which more than 96 percent of voters in the region backed the motion to secede from Ukraine and join Russia.

On March 21, Crimea and Sevastopol, which has a special status within the region, became subjects of the Russian Federation after the Russian president had signed reunification documents into law.
Dutch media do not believe Ukrainian propaganda anymore
Europe is being sick and tired of Kiev’s continuous lies.
In particular, Dutch media unanimously questioned Nalivaychenko’s statement regarding the alleged terrorist attack on Dutch Foreign Minister Koenders, being prepared by Russian security services in Kharkiv.
One should just read the headlines of Dutch newspapers to see this, political analyst Vadim Kornilov wrote on his Facebook page.
"Doubting the Danger to Minister Bert Koenders", "Prevented Attack, or Simple Propaganda?", "Truth, or War Propaganda?", "Skepticism about Ukrainian Security Services’ Statement" – these are the titles of local newspapers.
Thus, De Volkskrant asks reasonable questions: Why did not the Ukrainian security forces warn the Dutch minister about the alleged upcoming attack? Why did Moscow need this attack? Why should it be launched in Kharkiv and not in the territory controlled by militias?

AD notes that Ukraine has already sent "false signals" to the world. De Telegraaf believes that The Hague should be skeptical about this information unless it is proven by Kiev.

The American Legacy of Crimes against Humanity. Thirteen Unspoken Truths

Barack Obama
When Osama bin Laden was killed in cold blood in Pakistan and many demanded to see his death-photos for verification, President Obama refused and said, “That’s not who we are,” which begs the question:

Who are the Americans?

Are Americans [namely the US government] the ones who:
1. annexed the Philippines, denied them their own republic and then engaged in a war (1899-1902) with those who opposed them at the cost of 1.4 million Filipino lives? Are they the ones who burned villages, murdered their entire populations, and rounded up all boys over ten and young men and had them executed? Is that who they are?

2. supplied with arms and intelligence-gathering and bolstered many, brutal South and Central American dictatorships like Batista and Pinochet whose death-squads callously murdered tens of thousands of people in the 1950s, ’60s and ’70s simply because they believed in social justice by way of a social-minded government?

3. experimented with atomic weapons on Hiroshima which killed over 80,000 people – including innocent men, women, and children – who were not actively involved in the war and then repeated its massacre on Nagasaki? Hiroshima had no military value and American bomber pilots were warned not to drop conventional bombs on it lest they ruin their precious experiment. Is that who they are?

4. succeeded the French in Vietnam, picked up an already lost war and made it their own all based on a faulty thesis known as the “Domino Effect” which later proved to be nonsense?  And while they pursued this baseless theory, put an entire country to the torch at the cost of another 2,000,000 Vietnamese lives and 58,000 of their own, the American military-industrial complex thrived. Is that who they are?

5. burned villages, shot the villagers’ animals, destroyed their crops and in one instance evacuated an entire village of 504 defenseless old men, women, children and even babes in arms in Mi Lai in 1969 and then shot them down like dogs in a ditch with their M-16 rifless? Is that who they are?

6. provided the experimental drug LSD to a Montreal asylum to test out on Canadian patients including one MP’s wife in the 1960s without their knowledge or consent? Are they the ones who sprayed a Canadian city (Winnipeg) to make long-term chemical tests on Canadian civilians rather than risk their own? Is that who they are?

7. entered Korea on a “police action” and then engaged in the “Forgotten War” at the cost of 2,000,000 civilian Korean lives? How can Koreans forget? Is that who they are?

8. followed George Bush and his senseless side-kick, Dick Cheney, to invade Iraq based on outright lies and half-baked intelligence, which almost everyone else knew was completely untrue? Are they the ones who headed the “Coalition of the Willing” to wilfully destroy a complete country and its infrastructure, kill 50,000 of its soldiers defending their own country, kill another 100,000 civilians, displace over a half million Iraqi citizens and then occupy it and rebuild it under the direction of Halliburton Company which was once headed by Dick Cheney himself? Is that who they are?

9. set off their first, atomic test in the Nevada desert on July 16th, 1945 with American and Canadian soldiers present within 1000 yards of the blast without any radiation protection whatsoever, marched them to Ground Zero through the atomic dust afterward, and then casually swept them off with corn brooms to show that it was harmless? When they later died off like flies from cancer, victims were told, “Prove it.” Is that who they are?

10. deviously tested Agent Orange in New Brunswick, Canada along transmission lines before they used it in Vietnam at the cost of many Canadian lives and the tortured lives of thousands of Vietnamese? Is that who they are?

11. incarcerated hundreds of individuals at Guantanamo Bay and left them without any legal rights, tortured them in various ways – like water boarding and sleep deprivation – and then threw away the keys? Is this who they are?

12. send in drones to kill one individual whom they suspect of being a terrorist – without arrest and a fair trial but only their suspicions – and without any consideration for the rights of hundreds of innocent victims? And, when they anonymously kill dozens of innocent victims – women and children included – they simply issue an apology for the mistake and do it again later. Is that who they are?

13 place on their coins, “In God we trust“? We are left to ponder: Which God is that? (It’s certainly not the one I know.) Is that who they are, or is that how history will remember America?

Top German Magazine Joins Attack on Merkel: She Totally Botched it on Ukraine, Russia (Spiegel)

  • The timing of this is important - a growing chorus of criticism from influential voices - Merkel is under attack
  • Written by one of Germany's most prominent political journalists
  • Argues that Merkel personally ruined relations with Russia, lost Ukraine, and worst of all, backed a miserable war
  • Basically says she was incompetent
Christiane Hoffmann (Der Spiegel)
MEDIA WATCH Fri, Nov 28 | 5781 15
Spiegel piles on the pressure
More evidence that Merkel is in serious trouble on her Russia policy.
Under the no-holds-barred headline of "Summit of Failure: How the EU Lost Russia over Ukraine" Der Spiegel has published a major article blasting her "historical failure" and pinning personal responsibility on her for a "standoff with Russia and war in the Donbass".
The mammoth 7,000 words long article came from under the pen of a 6-man team headed by the influential Christiane Hoffmann, one of Spiegel's most senior political writers, and a Russia specialist.
The appearance of an article like this in Germany is of much more significance than it would be in an anglo-saxon culture, which encourages spirited debate.  German culture is much more consensual, and the media tends to move in lock-step on important policy matters.
That this article is appearing now is a very big deal, and hardly a coincidence.
The article gives a detailed chronicle of Germany's and EU's dealings with Ukraine president Viktor Yanukovich from his inauguration until shortly before his downfall.
Without any needless, high-pitched rhetoric it systematically exposes German officials and Merkel herself as naive bumblers who consistently fail to understand Yanukovich, the Ukrainian realities and, most importantly, the critical importance Ukraine holds for Russia.
The end impression is that the current mess could have been easily avoided, and the EU could have even had its Ukraine deal, if it had only listened to Kiev and talked to Russia.
Here are some of the key paragraphs:

Everyone came to realize that efforts to deepen Ukraine's ties with the EU had failed.

But no one at the time was fully aware of the consequences the failure would have: that it would lead to one of the world's biggest crises since the end of the Cold War; that it would result in the redrawing of European borders; and that it would bring the Continent to the brink of war.

It was the moment Europe lost Russia.

For Ukraine, the failure in Vilnius resulted in disaster. Since its independence in 1991, Ukraine has strived to orient itself towards the EU while at the same time taking pains to ensure that those actions don't damage its relations with Moscow.

The choice between West and East, which both Brussels and Moscow have forced Kiev to make, has had devastating consequences for the fragile country. But the impact of that fateful evening in Vilnius goes far beyond Ukraine's borders.

Some 25 years after the fall of the Berlin Wall and almost 70 years after the end of World War II, Europe is once again divided.

The estrangement between the Russians and the Europeans is growing with Moscow and the West more inimical toward each other today than during the final phase of the Cold War. It's a reality that many in Europe have long sought to ignore.
When the German delegation, under Merkel's leadership, met with Yanukovych the next morning for one final meeting, everything had already been decided. They exchanged their well-known positions one last time, but the meeting was nothing more than a farce.

In one of the most important questions facing European foreign policy, Germany had failed.
More than anything, though, the Europeans underestimated Moscow and its determination to prevent a clear bond between Ukraine and the West.

They either failed to take Russian concerns and Ukrainian warnings seriously or they ignored them altogether because they didn't fit into their own worldview.

Berlin pursued a principles-driven foreign policy that made it a virtual taboo to speak with Russia about Ukraine. "Our ambitious and consensual policy of the eastern partnership has not been followed with ambitious and consensual policy on Russia," Füle says. "We were unable to find and agree on an appropriate engagement policy towards Russia."
Yanukovych had just spoken.

In meandering sentences, he tried to explain why the European Union's Eastern Partnership Summit in Vilnius was more useful than it might have appeared at that moment, why it made sense to continue negotiating and how he would remain engaged in efforts towards a common future, just as he had previously been.

"We need several billion euros in aid very quickly," Yanukovych said. Then the chancellor wanted to have her say.

Merkel peered into the circle of the 28 leaders of EU member states who had gathered in Vilnius that evening. What followed was a sentence dripping with disapproval and cool sarcasm aimed directly at the Ukrainian president. "I feel like I'm at a wedding where the groom has suddenly issued new, last minute stipulations."
Haber in particular demonstrated little enthusiasm for a compromise. When the ambassador sought to explain the Ukrainian position, Haber interrupted him saying: "Your Excellency, we are familiar with all of your arguments,"
"Stefan, if we sign, will you help us?" Yanukovych asked.

Füle was speechless. "Sorry, we aren't the IMF.

Where do these numbers come from?" he finally demanded. "I am hearing them for the first time." They are secret numbers, Yanukovych replied.

"Can you imagine what would happen if our people were to learn of these numbers, were they to find out what convergence with the EU would cost our country?"
"It was an unavoidable decision. Please understand me. I simply can't sign it now," Yanukovych said.

"I had to urgently turn towards Moscow, but I want to keep the doors to Europe open.

Please don't see this as a rejection of Europe."
"Today, we are going to make a bold chess move," one of Füle's people said, refusing to elaborate.

Were the Europeans going to offer Ukraine financial assistance after all?

... And then came the "bold chess move" that had previously been hinted at. Barroso said that Brussels would be willing to abandon its demand that Tymoshenko be released.

Yanukovych was dumbfounded. Didn't Brussels understand that other issues had long since become more important?

Why Putin Is Winning The New Cold War?

The US wants to bring Russia down but it can’t get past Vladimir Putin

There are 7.2 billion people on this planet but the United States fears only one man — Vladimir Putin. That’s because on virtually every front of the new Cold War, the Russian president is walloping the collective challenge of the West. Fear can make you do strange things — for the second year running, Forbes magazine has named Putin as the world’s most powerful person.

It is said about the Russians that they take a long time to saddle their horses, but they ride awfully fast. After patiently nursing the collapsed Russian economy back to health from 1999 to 2007, Putin started pushing back against the western encirclement of his country. In Syria, Crimea and Ukraine, the West has faced humiliating setbacks and melted away at his approach. In the high-stakes game of energy, it will be Russian — not western — pipelines that will dominate the Eurasian landmass.
But instead of scorekeeping, a more instructive exercise would be to try and understand how Putin has managed to keep Russia ahead in the game.
More than any other leader, the Russian president by virtue of his KGB experience understands how the US operates. The American modus operandi — in sync with the British — is to organise coups, rebellions and counter-revolutions in countries where nationalist leaders come to power. Iran, Chile, Ecuador, Venezuela, Panama and Ukraine are the classic examples.
John Perkins writes in Confessions of an Economic Hitman (2004) how he and other ‘hitmen’ like him were sent to developing countries as consultants to bribe or coerce diplomats, economists, administrators and politicians to do the bidding of the US. Often they succeeded, but if they failed then the CIA would send in the ‘jackals’ — professionally trained assassins who would engineer the deaths of those who stood in the way of complete American domination.
This one-two punch by economic hitmen and assassins was so effective in creating banana republics that the US rarely had to up the ante. Among the rare occasions the US had to use the military in pursuit of commercial aims was in Iraq, and to a limited extent in Libya.
Putin knows the US has attempted — and will continue to attempt — regime change in Russia. As a former KGB official stationed in East Germany, he knows the hitmen are looking for an opportunity. That’s precisely why he kicked out rogue agencies such as USAID and the British Council, both of which are fronts for Anglo-American secret services.
“One of the things to understand is that he in particular studied counter-intelligence which is key in understanding why he’s the critical player,” writes Joaquin Flores in the Center For Syncretic Studies website. “Counter-intelligence is not just finding spies, but it’s actually countering the work of other agents who are embedded or whose work involves embedding themselves to destroy institutions from within.”
Parallel to American black ops is naked war. The US economy — and that of its sidekick Britain — is a war economy. Kremlin adviser Sergei Glazyev said at a June round table in Moscow: “The Americans have gained from every war in Europe — World War I, World War II, the Cold War. The wars in Europe are the means of their economic miracle, their own prosperity.”
Putin_ObamaThe ongoing skirmishes in Ukraine are clearly a pretext to pull Russia into a direct military confrontation with the Ukrainian armed forces, in order to create a regional war in Europe.
Russia’s response is two-pronged. One, by refusing to get into a shooting war with the Ukrainian thugs, it keeps the Americans frustrated. Washington’s inaction in Ukraine was brilliantly described by a Chinese general as a symptom of America’s strategic “erectile dysfunction”.
Secondly, Putin is employing asymmetrical strategies to stop — and ultimately bring down — the American empire. A key element of this strategy is to strike at the key pillar of American power — the dollar. Russia — with support from fellow BRICS members China, India, Brazil and South Africa — is moving away from dollar-denominated trade, a step that will seriously impact the barely growing American economy.
According to financial portal Zero Hedge,
“Glazyev’s set of counter-measures specifically targets the core strength of the US war machine, i.e., the Fed’s printing press. Putin’s adviser proposes the creation of a ‘broad anti-dollar alliance’ of countries willing and able to drop the dollar from their international trade. Members of the alliance would also refrain from keeping currency reserves in dollar-denominated instruments. An anti-dollar coalition would be the first step for the creation of an anti-war coalition that can help stop the US’ aggression.”
Ukraine could eventually turn out to be the catalyst for Europe’s divorce from the US. This is because sanctions against Russia are threatening business houses in Germany and other western European countries, which have over the past two decades developed deep links with the Russian economy. “Somewhat surprisingly for Washington, the war for Ukraine may soon become the war for Europe’s independence from the US and a war against the dollar,” says Zero Hedge.
Moscow is also pushing for institutional changes. The $100 billion New Development Bank, co-owned by the brics, will not only counter the influence of western lending institutions but also stop the flow of cash from the developing countries to the West.
The current lending system is skewed in favour of western countries because loans by the World Bank and imf come with a basketful of conditions. For instance, when these two outfits offer a loan, it can be used to purchase goods and services only from the West. Or the loan can be used only for building dams but not on, say, drinking water utilities.
Of course, the expertise and material for building dams will have to come from the US and Europe. And when the drinking water supply remains poor, it creates demand for — mostly western-owned — colas and bottled water. The new bank will, therefore, hit the West where it hurts most — in the pocket.
Even as Putin has been making all the right moves on the geopolitical chessboard, his opponents aren’t sitting idle, watching their empire fold up. The Russian rouble is getting hammered even as the price of oil is being driven into the ground by the Saudis at the bidding of their American overlords. No surprises here — the Americans will relentlessly try to weaken Russia as it is the only country that stands between Washington and world domination.
However, Putin is a judoka who knows how to use his opponent’s force against the opponent itself. He knows the West’s salad days are over and it is not in a position to take on the Russian military. He’s content to watch the Americans commit strategic overreach — taking on Russia and simultaneously trying to contain the irresistible rise of the BRICS.
Putin is fortunate that his heavyweight partners in the BRICS continue to back Russia in its tussle with the West. Both India and China agree Moscow has legitimate interests in Ukraine and Crimea. Recently, the brics ticked off Australia for its foolhardy proposal to ban Putin from the G20 summit.
Such assurances of support have emboldened Putin to show the West the finger. In 2012, he nonchalantly skipped the G8 summit, and earlier this year, he merely shrugged when the G8 went back to G7 — the pre-Cold War configuration. (With members such as Canada, the G7 is a joke anyway.)
If history has taught us anything, it is that Russia has a habit of grinding down its enemies. After Napoleon and Hitler, it could be the turn of the Americans to realise the dangers of bear-baiting.
(This is an updated version of an article that appeared in the Moscow-based Rossiyskaya Gazeta Group’s Russia & India Report)

Gyorgy Schwartz [AKA: George Soros] has placed 24 foreign agents into the Ukrainian Government.

Lack of public service professionals on the Ukraine labor market has
pushed the government to look abroad for qualified applicants who can
take positions.

Prague-based Pedersen & Partners and Korn Ferry, global head hunting firms, have found 185 potential employees, many of whom are members of Ukrainian community in Canada, the U.S. and the U.K.

After the job interviews, 24 candidates were recognized as fully
qualified to serve in Ukraine's public offices. However, their names
haven't been disclosed so far.
Four of them are expected to be employed with the Agrarian Ministry and another four with the Finance Ministry.

The Renaissance Foundation, a global network of policy consulting
centers launched by American billionaire George Soros, has sponsored the
headhunting process. It paid as much as $82,200 to two companies
involved in finding the capable employees for the government agencies.
As of now, Ukrainian legislation doesn't allow the foreigners to hold
any public offices, which is why those who'll accept the government's
job offers will have to take Ukraine's citizenship. Meanwhile, dual
citizenship is not allowed.

President Petro Poroshenko during his Nov. 27 speech in parliament offered to allow the foreigners be officially employed in the country's government. Moreover, he asked the lawmakers to provide him with legal tools to grant Ukrainian citizenship through
special decrees.

Central Bank Governor Valeriya Gontareva also thinks this should be changed.
"Unfortunately, current Ukrainian legislation does not allow me to hire
foreign citizens and to get the best experts on the NBU staff," she
said. "Ukraine is facing very special challenges - complicated situation in
the economy, aggression from the side of the Russian Federation,
necessity of pivotal reforms and efforts focused on fighting the
corruption," commented Dmytro Shymkiv, deputy head of presidential
staff. "Ukraine needs Western practicians of public administration,
fight against the corruption, financial planning, anti-crisis

Meanwhile, Natalie Jaresko, U.S. citizen of Ukrainian descent and
chief executive officer of Horizon Capital, a private equity fund with
$650 million in assets, is considered to be a candidate for the position
of finance minister, according to the Kyiv Post research.
Georgia's former president Mikheil Saakashvili, who is currently a
political science lecturer at Tufts University in the U.S., may become
Ukraine's deputy prime minister.

430,000 Hungarian Jews had been put to their death. In 1960, agents of

News29.11.2014 United States Congress demands that cooperation with Ukraine be stopped
Congressman Steve Stockman, a member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, demanded an investigation into the cases of corruption and fraud involving state funds by Ukrainian officials
The document was submitted to the Congressional Research Service. The main accusations concerned the National Bank of Ukraine that inefficiently uses the US funding.
According to Stockman, the United States has imposed restrictive measures against 18 former Ukrainian ministers and officials. Mr. Stockman said politicians used Ukrainian banks and investment companies owned by senior Ukrainian officials to transfer funds from Washington to offshore accounts. In all, Ukrainian state officials have allegedly taken over $1bn.
The congressman said the Congressional Research Service must investigate all the facts and data on the extent of corruption in Ukraine and then decide whether or not to issue new funding for Ukraine. He said US taxpayers should not carry Ukraine’s questionable use of its money.
In April 2014, the US Congress agreed to issue a $1bn loan to Ukraine at 1.8 percent annual interest, which was the cheapest loan in Ukrainian history.

US suppressing satellite images which implicate Kiev in MH17 crash: Petras
Sun Aug 10, 2014 12:9AM GMT
The US may be suppressing satellite images which implicate the Kiev regime in last month’s downing of a Malaysian airliner over eastern Ukraine, according to an American political commentator.

You can hear he talking and explain here:

Professor James Petras, who has written several books on the Latin America and Middle East, made the remarks in a phone interview with Press TV on Saturday, commenting on a statement by former US Republican presidential candidate Ron Paul in which he says Washington is “hiding” the truth about the downing of the Malaysia Airlines MH17.
On July 17, the Boeing 777-200 passenger plane crashed in Ukraine’s conflict zone, killing all 298 people aboard. According to US intelligence and military officials, the plane was hit by a Russian SA-series missile launched from eastern Ukraine.
“... US satellite photographs, which are very extensive, very thorough, probably have images that go contrary to its public policies and with its support for the regime in Kiev. The implications are the US doesn’t want the images to become public because they  would discredit anti-Russian campaign that’s going on; it would discredit the government in Kiev, and would perhaps arouse the United Nations to call for a full investigation and demand the US turn over these satellite images,” Petras said.
“Furthermore, I think, the US is well-informed on the issue of the shrapnel that has been discovered in the cabin of the downed plane which suggests that a fighter plane or fighter planes were involved in downing the airliner.  That would again point [the] finger to the Kiev regime,” he stated.
“So I think the denial of US imagery is a crucial factor in unraveling this controversy,” Petras noted.
In an article published by Voices of Liberty on Thursday, Ron Paul wrote, "The US government has grown strangely quiet on the accusation that it was Russia or her allies that brought down the Malaysian airliner with a buck anti-aircraft missile."
"It’s hard to believe that the US, with all of its spy satellites available for monitoring everything in Ukraine, that precise proof of who did what and when is not available," the former congressman said. “When evidence contradicts our government’s accusations, the evidence is never revealed to the public.”
Professor Petras said, “Ron Paul is in Washington and he’s an elected official. He has access to informants in Washington, including intelligence people that may disagree with [official] policy and find him a useful outlet to get their views expressed. I think he is usually well-informed. He has access to intelligence information. And, I think his making an issue of this is coherent with his general opposition to US militarism and intervention in conflicts overseas.”

MH17: Malaysia’s Barring from Investigation Reeks of Cover-up

In-depth Report:
mh17 gros plan
It was a Malaysian jet, carrying Malaysian passengers, flown by Malaysian pilots, yet after Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 was shot down over Ukraine in July 2014, Malaysia has been systematically blocked from participating in the investigation, leaving an overwhelmingly pro-NATO bloc in charge of the evidence, investigation and outcome as well as the manner in which the investigation will be carried out.

Despite the integral role Malaysia has played during several pivotal moments in the aftermath of the disaster, it appears that the closer to the truth the investigation should be getting, the further Malaysia itself is being pushed from both the evidence and any influence it has on the likely conclusions of the investigation. With the downed aircraft in question being Malaysian, Malaysia as a partner in the investigation would seem a given. Its exclusion from the investigation appears to be an indication that the investigation’s objectivity has been compromised and that the conclusions it draws will likely be politically motivated.

Joint Investigation Team Includes, Excludes Surprising Members

With the Dutch leading the investigation, the logic being that the flight originated from the Netherlands and the majority of the passengers were Dutch, it has formed a Joint Investigation Team (JIT). At the onset of its creation it seemed obvious that Malaysia would too be included, considering it lost the second largest number of citizens to the disaster and the plane itself was registered in Malaysia. Instead, JIT would end up comprised of Belgium, Ukraine, and Australia, specifically excluding Malaysia.

Malaysia was both surprised and has protested its exclusion from JIT, and has repeatedly expressed a desire to be included directly in the investigation.

Malaysia’s Star newspaper would report, “Malaysian Ambassador to the Netherlands Datuk Dr Fauziah Mohd Taib said Malaysia had not been invited to officially join the Dutch-led Joint Investigation Team (JIT), which is undertaking the criminal probe.” It would also report that, “Transport Minister Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai said recently that Malaysia had expressed its stand very clearly that it must be part of the criminal investigation team and had informed Dutch authorities of its intention.”

The Malaysian Insider cited Malaysian scholar Dr. Chandra Muzaffar who believes the decision to exclude his country from the investigation is politically motivated, aiming at excluding members that may urge caution and objectivity instead of draw conclusions first and bend the investigation’s results around those conclusions. In particular, Dr. Muzaffar believes that the investigations is intentionally being skewed to target Russia.

Ukraine’s involvement in the investigation is particularly troublesome. Had MH17 crashed in Ukraine under different circumstances, Ukraine’s role would be welcome. However, it was apparently shot down specifically in a conflict in which Kiev itself is a participant. With both sides of the conflict possessing anti-aircraft weapons and with Kiev itself confirmed to possess weapons capable of reaching the altitude MH17 was flying at when it was allegedly hit, Kiev becomes a possible suspect in the investigation. Kiev’s inclusion in JIT represents a monumental conflict of interest.

Imagine a potential suspect leading an investigation into a crime they may have committed. The possibilities to cover up, skew, spin, tamper with or otherwise distort both the evidence and the outcome of the investigation are endless.

And to compound this already glaring conflict of interest, it was revealed recently that an alleged “secret deal” was struck by JIT in which any member could bar the release of evidence. With all members of JIT being pro-NATO and decidedly arrayed against Moscow, such a “deal” could prevent crucial evidence from being revealed that would effect an otherwise distorted conclusion drawn by the investigators aimed specifically at advancing their greater political agenda in Eastern Europe. Had Malaysia been a member of JIT, the ability of other members to withhold evidence would have been greatly diminished and it is likely such a bizarre deal would not have been conceivable, real or imaged, in the first place.

Malaysia’s Exclusion Foreshadows Politically Motivated Outcome

With the ongoing conflict in Ukraine perceived as a proxy war between NATO and Moscow, JIT’s membership including the NATO-backed Kiev regime itself (a possible suspect), two NATO members (Belgium and the Netherlands) and Australia who has passed sanctions against Russia over the conflict, is a textbook case of conflict of interest.

Those nations and international organizations calling for an investigation and for justice but who ignore the obvious problem of participants in a conflict investigating a key incident that may benefit their agenda directly, indicates that such calls for justice are disingenuous and instead, what is being done is not an investigation, but a politically motivated witch-hunt aimed at serving an ulterior motive.

Malaysia is not generally perceived to be a stanch ally of Moscow, but it is neither a loyal client state of Washington, London or Brussels. On many issues, Malaysia has exhibited an independence in foreign policy that has perturbed the so-called international order maintained by the West. And Malaysia’s internal politics have long wrestled to stem inroads by Washington’s favorites including Anwar Ibrahim and his political faction, Pakatan Rakyat.

Its inclusion in the investigation would provide a much needed, impartial counterweight to an otherwise fully pro-NATO JIT membership.

To casual observers, the current investigation led by NATO members and Kiev, a possible suspect, would be no different than the Donetsk People’s Republic and Russia leading it. Few would consider a DPR or Russian led investigation impartial, and few should see a NATO-led investigation as impartial. Had Malaysia been included in the process, an argument could have been made that an actual investigation was taking place rather than a complex propaganda campaign.

Malaysia’s exclusion is a troubling sign for the victims of the MH17 disaster, meaning the true culprits will never be known. The overt politically motivated nature of the investigation will on one hand  help fuel NATO’s propaganda war, but on the other hand, fuel the doubts of millions worldwide over the true events that took place in the skies of eastern Ukraine that day. Like so many other events in human history that took place amid a high stake political struggle, the downing of MH17 will be shrouded in mystery, mystery draped over the truth by the irresponsible leadership of NATO, and those in Washington, London and Brussels egging on the conflict in Ukraine to this very day.

The editor of our English page www.facebook.com/antimaidan.eng, Bulgarian citizen, was exposed to threats and intimidations. She published references to articles of official information agency TASS. The fascists call her by telephone and threat to carry out violence on her and her relatives. Young woman applied to the police, but the policemen refused to help because the phone number of criminal was hidden.
This is the 3rd case when our editors, citizens of various countries, are exposed to threats and intimidations by Ukrainian Nazi. And that's not surprise- the fascists are usually personated as democrats and patriots are personated as fascists in Europe.

“How MH17 crashed” – documentary by Andrey Karaulov
The latest information on the crash of Malaysian Boeing in the sky over the East of Ukraine is in the new documentary created by journalist Andrey Karaulov “How MH17 crashed”. Journalist Arkadiy Mamontov tells about his independent investigation of the terrible tragedy. Politicians, military men and pilots – Petr Deinekin, Leonid Ivashov, Iosif Diskin also exchange opinions as to the cause of the crash. And only international experts are not in a hurry to publicize the data of the black boxes. The interest of the Western world to the investigation of the accident evaporated at once after Russia presented the global community with the irrefutable documentary evidence of noninvolvement of our country in this tragedy; the majority of facts point to the version that MH17 was downed by Ukrainian at-air force defense.
For the first time the 299th escadrille of the air force of Ukraine, Su-25 planes with tail numbers 06,07,08 and 38, which, contrary to the announcement of the General Headquarters of Ukraine, had really been in the air space of this country on July 17, 2014, were mentioned in the documentary. The Malaysian Boeing, according to our information, was shot on by destroyer Su-25 with the tail number 08, piloted by lieutenant-colonel Dmytro Yakatsust, who since July 18 and till present has been in United Arab Emirates. The Malaysian Boeing was led by switchboard operator Anna Petrenko, who in the morning of July18 had unexpectedly gone on leave, from which she still has not returned. Other numerous facts, including miraculously obtained interview of the first deputy of the current Minister of Defense of Ukraine, in which he admits that it was Ukrainian air force that downed MH17, are presented in the documentary made by Andrey Karaulov.
The full version of the documentary will be available after the premier show in the air of the Fifth Channel of TV show “The moment of truth” on 24.11.2014.

NOVOROSSIA NEWS I look forward to seeing the documentary “How MH17 crashed” – documentary by Andrey Karaulov. Please let us know where to see this, online or anywhere? (I am in England). Ever since I first saw the photographs of MH17 Cockpit shortly after it crashed, as I say below, I am ex military aircraft engineer and pilot and I have often seen 30mm and 16 mm cannon shell damage to aircraft alloy - and that is what all the photographs of MH17 showed me. I still work in Aviation and from the look of what I could see, (same as every body else online), I believe that after being hit by cannon fire the aircraft would have suffered explosive decompression. 30mil cannon shells usually every 3rd or 4th round is explosive, this would tear the aircraft apart, at 33,000ft, = -70degrees f, the people on board would freeze almost instantly, hence the reports of ashen faced bodies (this is crude, but take a look at frozen meat out of your freezer as against de frosted? I have seen this for myself). Please let us know where to see this docu movie?
