ECHR registered 840 applications from DPR residents over Kiev war crimes
Donetsk, Dec 28 – DAN. The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) registered 840 applications from Donbass residents who suffered from Kiev’s offensive, said a member of DPR committee on recording Kiev’s was crimes, lawyer Yulia Nikitina.
“We lodged 840 complaints to ECHR, they replied that our statements and complaints had been received. They are registered, not yet accepted for hearing.”
Nikitina emphasized that as of today no DPR applications were declared inadmissible.
The public committee on recording Kiev forces war crimes was launched in mid-2015. Criminal and law experts aim to gather data on the crimes the Ukrainian armed forces committed in Donbass.*ot
