The text of the Joint appeal of the Chairmen of the DPR and LPR People’s Councils to Russian, US and German leaders served as the source and aspiration for creating a German-language Internet petition calling on caring Europeans to show support of Donbass residents suffering from unbearable conditions and risking life due to the Ukrainian aggression.

Donetsk follows through ultimatum, nationalizes Ukrainian oligarch factories

Fort Russ

At an emergency session yesterday evening, deputies of the People’s Council of the Donetsk People’s Republic adopted a law on the de facto nationalization of Ukrainian industrial enterprises on the territory of the republic.

This has been announced by DPR parliament deputy and chairman of the Free Donbass movement, Evgeny Orlov: “At an emergency session of the People’s Council, draft law 388 was adopted. At the legislative level the decision has been taken to transfer Akhmetov’s enterprises to our control. This decision was dictated by Ukraine’s blockade. In order to not stop the operation of these enterprises, the republic took this step.”

According to Orlov, issues of raw material deliveries and markets are already being resolved. “The supply of raw materials has already been thought through. Market niches have been found. Jobs will be preserved. This is an important and serious step, including for the sovereignty of both republics! I can only congratulate our citizens!,” the Donetsk politician emphasized.

On February 27th, the leaders of the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics had issued an ultimatum to Kiev, threatening to nationalize Ukrainian industries and cease coal deliveries if the blockade of Donbass by radical neo-Nazi groups is not lifted.

With this law, Donetsk has gone through with its ultimatum by striking at the profits of the richest oligarch in Ukraine, Rinat Akhmetov.

Numerous experts have pointed out that the cessation of coal deliveries could plunge Ukraine into an energy disaster, forcing the government to start selective blackouts.

Some Ukrainian war prisoners prefer to stay in DPR

A number of Ukrainian prisoners refused to come back to Ukraine. Ukraine's people's deputy Nadezhda Savchenko and the head of the Ukrainian prisoners' centre release The Officer Corps Vladimir Ruban themselves witnessed this, the DPR Ombudsman Darya Morozova stated.

As it was reported earlier, social activists had held meetings with Ukrainian prisoners during their two-days' visit to the DPR.
"Public figures (Nadezhda Savchenko and Vladimir Ruban) were personally convinced that not all the detained persons wanted to return back home to the territory of Ukraine," the press service quotes Morozova as saying.
Savchenko and Ruban's visit to the DPR was taking place on February 24 and 25.

U.S. Military Pilots Go Public On Obama, This is Why ISIS Wasn’t Taken Out

It all makes sense now as to why we have failed to take out ISIS by conducting airstrikes that would blow terrorist organizations into oblivion. Americans have always know we could do it, but we never knew why it didn’t have. Now we know…

Simply put, Obama would not allow our military to perform airstrikes. We were ready. Targets in sight, ready to stop the worst terror the world has even known, but Obama waived off the strikes 75% of the time.

Here is what has been reported…

From Free Beacon:
U.S. military pilots who have returned from the fight against the Islamic State in Iraq are confirming that they were blocked from dropping 75 percent of their ordnance on terror targets because they could not get clearance to launch a strike, according to a leading member of Congress.

Strikes against the Islamic State (also known as ISIS or ISIL) targets are often blocked due to an Obama administration policy to prevent civilian deaths and collateral damage, according to Rep. Ed Royce (R., Calif.), chair of the House Foreign Affairs Committee.

The policy is being blamed for allowing Islamic State militants to gain strength across Iraq and continue waging terrorist strikes throughout the region and beyond, according to Royce and former military leaders who spoke Wednesday about flaws in the U.S. campaign to combat the Islamic State.
“You went 12 full months while ISIS was on the march without the U.S. using that air power and now as the pilots come back to talk to us they say three-quarters of our ordnance we can’t drop, we can’t get clearance even when we have a clear target in front of us,” Royce said. “I don’t understand this strategy at all because this is what has allowed ISIS the advantage and ability to recruit.”
When asked to address Royce’s statement, a Pentagon official defended the Obama administration’s policy and said that the military is furiously working to prevent civilian casualties.
“The bottom line is that we will not stoop to the level of our enemy and put civilians more in harm’s way than absolutely necessary,” the official told the Washington Free Beacon, explaining that the military often conducts flights “and don’t strike anything.”

So there you have it. The reason ISIS is as strong as it is today is because of Obama. He would not allow our military to do their jobs and now we have ISIS terrorists running all over the globe killing people on a daily basis.

The campaign to collect signatures in support of the document began in the Republic on the same day. The petition with signature lists will be handed over to the OSCE special representative to the Contact Group Martin Sajdik and then to Western and Russian leaders.
