Breaking: Plague epidemic in Ukrainian army, hospitals overcrowded

Ukrainian soldiers, deployed in Mariupol, have caught tularaemia – a mild form of plague, reported the Vice-Commander of the DPR Operational Command, Eduard Basurin. According to him, this was caused by the fact that Kiev fighters had been cut off adequate provision from Ukraine and had nothing but free food.
“The number of diseased personnel evidences the breakout of the epidemic. Approximately 80% of battalion personnel were admitted to the Mariupol city hospital. Local residents complain that the hospital is overcrowded,” said Basurin.
The Republic’s representative addressed residents of the city to avoid contacts with the Ukrainian army. Basurin said that this disease was transmitted through airborne droplets. Symptoms of tularaemia are fever and dehydration. He also stressed that several Ukrainian servicemen have already died from this disease.
