Serbia refuses to impose sanctions against Russia after entering EU

The position of Belgrade on the anti-Russian sanctions won't change even at the accession to the European Union, stated the Serbian ambassador to Russia Slavenko Terzich.
"Our position is principal and consecutive, Serbia isn't preparing and isn't ready to join the EU sanctions against Russia," said Terzich on air of Govorit Moskva radio station.
"Our government as you know, conducts negotiations with the European Union, there is a process of coordination according to different heads. Process is rather difficult.
But on the other hand, it was declared many times by both our Minister, and Prime Minister, and President, we want to keep very friendly relations with Russia as it was always in history.
And in this sense, it seems to me, as for sanctions against Russia, our position won't change," he added.
