Well, sciatica is about crushed nerves in the spine.
The last time I had infection or inflammation in the ear, this led to problems with the balanceservers placed behind the ears, and last I checked, the ears were placed on each side of the head.
Perhaps I'm wrong here, but never heard of someone with sciatica in the ears
